Dr. Singer received his plastic and reconstructive surgery training at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City before continuing his training in cosmetic surgery. He completed a fellowship in aesthetic surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital and the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital, where he worked with top surgeons in the field.
In addition to serving patients in his Westchester and Manhattan practices, Dr. Singer is a commissioned officer in the Navy Reserve and performs monthly surgeries at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. He has performed hundreds of complicated reconstructive surgeries on patients across the globe, often during humanitarian missions to foreign countries.
